Purpose

We shall be collecting and storing your personal information for the following purposes:

  1. For documentation purposes and input for decision-making on matters needed by LETRAN to manage its educational services.
  2. To provide educational services and other related academic activities such as but not limited to research, community and extension service, academic and management of administrative educational services.

Only the Data Subject and the authorized representative of LETRAN shall be allowed to access such personal data, for any work-related purpose. Access will not be allowed for purposes that are contrary to law, public policy, public order or morals.

We aim to provide our Data Subjects with all the means to access their personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give our Data Subjects ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes.
