Letran Manila Strengthens Industry Partnerships Through MOA Signing with CPLR, Inc. and Livence Mental Health Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila formally entered into partnerships with CPLR, Inc. and Livence Mental Health through a Virtual MOA Signing Ceremony

Intramuros, Mnaila - Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila formalized partnerships with the Certified Paralegals and Legal Researchers Training Center, Inc. (CPLR, Inc.) and Livence Mental Health through a Virtual Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony held today, June 22, 2026.

Representing the Colegio during the ceremonial signing were Rev. Fr. Raymund Fernando P. Jose, O.P., Rector and President, as signatory, and Prof. Danilo K. Villena, Ph.D., Vice President for Academic Affairs, as witness. Also present were academic heads and program representatives from the Research and Publication Department, College of Education, Liberal Arts and Sciences, Psychology Program, and Political and Legal Studies Program.

Joining the ceremony on behalf of the partner institutions were Ms. Marilyn J. Ubasa, Affiliation Manager of CPLR, Inc., and representatives from Livence Mental Health led by Mr. Ron Gabriel A. Peji, DBA, RPm, LPT, MAPsy, FAAETS, Managing Director, and Dr. Diane D. Lipat, RPm, RPsy, Supervising Psychologist.

The agreements establish a framework for collaboration in professional development, specialized training, industry engagement, and community-based initiatives. Through its partnership with CPLR, Inc., Letran aims to enhance learning opportunities in legal education, paralegal training, and research development for Letranites. Meanwhile, the partnership with Livence Mental Health seeks to advance mental health awareness, psychological wellness, and holistic student development.

The collaboration also supports the Colegio’s commitment to innovative learning pathways and micro-credential initiatives aligned with CHED Memorandum Order No. 1, Series of 2025. These partnerships are expected to strengthen workforce readiness, lifelong learning opportunities, and the development of industry-relevant competencies among Letranites.

Through meaningful collaborations with industry and professional organizations, the Colegio continues to advance its mission of promoting academic excellence, professional growth, and social development.
