Currently serving as the Head of Operations at edamama, Sabariaga has built an impressive career spanning over 13 years in the Supply Chain and Operations industry. His extensive professional background includes diverse leadership roles across FMCG, local retail, e-commerce, and international retail, notably with global giant UNIQLO. Throughout his career, he has successfully led operational transformation initiatives, strengthened inventory and logistics capabilities, and built scalable supply chain processes that drive sustainable business growth. At edamama, Sabariaga leads initiatives that go far beyond day-to-day warehouse operations. Under his leadership, he and his team have developed highly scalable operational processes to support the brand's business expansion across multiple sales channels, including both e-commerce and offline retail spaces. By continuously improving inventory accuracy and visibility, optimizing logistics, maintaining healthy product availability, and reducing operating costs, his team has strengthened cross-functional collaboration to deliver an outstanding customer experience. These strategic efforts have not gone unnoticed. SCLS honored Sabariaga as the Logistics Leader of the Year in 2025. He continued his winning streak in 2026, securing 1st Runner-Up for Logistics Leader of the Year and 2nd Runner-Up for Supply Chain Leader of the Year. Sabariaga shares these victories with his team at edamama, who were also recognized in 2026 with the 1st Runner-Up award for Supply Chain Operational Excellence of the Year, alongside Honorable Mentions for Supply Chain Team of the Year and Best Transformation & Innovation of the Year.
